Invitation to HUNTS Neighbourhood Watch Association AGM: Saturday 21st November 2026

On behalf of the HUNTS Neighbourhood Watch Association (HNWA), I am delighted to invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on:

Date:            Saturday 21st November 2026

Time:           14:00 - 16:00hrs (followed by refreshments)

Venue:         Bradbury House, Mayfield Road, Huntingdon, PE29 1UL 

                    (Ample free parking)

Your presence and contributions are highly valued as we continue working together to make Huntingdonshire a safer, more connected community for all.

We are pleased to confirm that we will be joined by guest speakers representing:

*** Any questions for our speakers must be submitted by email to the Secretary, Caroline Lindner, via cazlindner@hotmail.com , by no later than Monday 16th November *** 

The finalised Agenda will be shared with those who confirm attendance, closer to the date of the AGM, along with a copy of the 2025 AGM Minutes. 

Refreshments (tea, coffee and biscuits) will be served at the end of the meeting. If you have any specific dietary requirements (gluten free / dairy free), please let us know in advance.

To help us plan effectively, please confirm your attendance by Monday 9th November, either by replying to this email or by contacting the Secretary directly. 

As seats are limited, early confirmation is appreciated to avoid disappointment.
